Meet  Rumi, my 3 year old Netherland Dwarf who came into my life when he was 9 weeks old. He is fully free roam, loves  petting , brushing , and is incredibly smart.
Before i decided to bring a rabbit into my home I knew it is absolutely necessary to understand the special care needed by these sensitive, exotic, vulnerable, prey animals.
Reading, researching,  consulting with an exotics veterinarian rabbit specialist and rabbit food and hay suppliers I learned that their digestive systems are very susceptible to problems and good quality hay is the most important part of a healthy diet. 
Rumi loves hay, particularly Viking Farmer Oat hay and has 3  'all you can eat' hay buffet stations around the house.  I also give him 1st cutting Timothy and have added Orchard for taste and texture diversity.   
Viking Farmer hay never disappoints, is always fragrant and fresh and the proof is in the enthusiasm I see watching Rumi devouring it.
There really are no ' words' to describe how much I love this tiny, 2 pound incredibly sweet bunny and every day we have together is a gift.
